²⁷Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

³Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.

¹We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves.

⁸Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble.
