The work in Eastern Europe continues to encourage in many ways. Most Sundays Belgrade-based GNFE staff member, Dragan (pictured left) , accompanied by his wife Megi, visits churches throughout Serbia to present the work of GOOD NEWS for Everyone! and encourage the believers in personal evangelism. The church leaders are very supportive of GOOD NEWS for Everyone! and are delighted to have Testaments and Hope magazines to use in personal evangelism in their local communities.
After a recent church service Serif (pictured right) approached Dragan to share his story.
I received a New Testament from you, Dragan, personally a few years ago when I was in prison and that New Testament meant a lot to me. When I left prison I took my New Testament with me.
My friend is a pastor in Vranje and he told me it would be nice if I went along to church. Today I am a member of the Evangelical Church in Vranje together with my family.
Please pray for safety for Dragan and Megi as they travel and also for our other staff members, Zeljko in Serbia, Jovan in North Macedonia, and Karel in the Czech Republic. Look out for more reports soon.
