Exmouth Community College is the largest school in east Devon with around 400 pupils in Year 7.

For the first time ever the Devon East Branch has been struggling to gain access this year due, it seems, to the hostile attitude of the Head of R.E..  After much negotiation we have an appointment to meet with the Deputy Principal on March 6th.

Please pray for a positive result.

Please pray for Jane who, following a belated diagnosis of cancer, is in a hospice and Richard who has been through a difficult time himself and has health issues too. 

A member of Furness Branch is suffering from Terminal Cancer and is on palliative care only. Please pray for his wife (also a member) and family and also for a peaceful passage for him.

Please pray for Alan Folkes of Huntingdon Branch who has been admitted to Hinchingbrooke Hospital with Sepsis.

Pray for his recovery and for wisdom for those treating him, also for the Lord's strength and comfort for Jane and the family

Please pray for Brian and the family. His wife Sheila passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord just before 2am this morning.
They praise God for the miracle that she was kept from pain from the tumour throughout, and that her ordeal was not prolonged.

John passed into the presence of his Lord early this morning.  Patricia was able to be with him and a nurse played Christian songs to him. We can rejoice that John is now with Jesus but please pray for Patricia, Robert & Clare at this time especially with all the restrictions.

For many years Southampton Branch has provided Bibles for the cabins of all Carnival UK cruise liners (ie Cunard and P&O ships). We have recently been advised by P&O that they do not require Bibles for their new flagship Iona (2622 cabins) due to enter service in two months time. Instead Bibles will be made available on a request-only basis.

Please uphold the Branch in prayer following this disappointing news and ask the Lord to show the way ahead for the Branch and National Office, who are providing support, as we seek to discuss with P&O how to ensure passengers are aware of the availability of Bibles if the change of policy cannot be reversed. Thank you.
