The funeral of Nina Tabeart from Winsford (Cheshire Mid Branch) will be on Tuesday 8 October at 11.00am at Christ Church, Crook Lane, Wharton, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3DR.  Please hold the family in prayer, husband Stuart, son Christian and daughter Callie.

Patricia would value prayer as she undergoes major surgery this Friday.
It will be followed by treatment at a later date.

Noel has successfully come through a major operation on his hip and femur and is now able to walk about at home albeit with some difficulty. Noel now requests prayer for wisdom as to the best course of treatment for his cancer. Please also pray for Noel's dear wife Olive, she has recently lost her brother..

Please pray for all those travelling to London for the London Scripture Focus this week.  Thank the Lord that all the Scriptures have arrived and are ready at the 4 Satelllite Stations.  Pray for those manning these stations, for clear briefing, wisdom and unity among all those participating.

Ask the Lord for many opportunities, particularly with those God has been preparing, as team members visit different establishments on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; for safety and protection.

Pray for the Personal Witnessing planned for Saturday in different locations, including for the Bulgaria/England match where Bulgarian Testaments will be offered to fans. 

On Sunday there are Church assignments planned, pray that Churches who have supported us in prayer will be excited as they hear accounts of God working in mighty ways. 

Thank you for your partnership in the Gospel as we reach out this week to those in London who do not know Jesus Christ.

Bill and Grace Thomas, Catherine Erbetta, Ian Argyle and Graham Beckett are travelling to Chile this evening (Friday 30th August) to take part in a Mission week to support the local Church and distribute Gods word around the Capital city of Santiago and returning around the 9th September. We will be joining others from ShareWordGlobal / the Gideons of Canada.

Please pray for travelling mercies, safety, good health for all and for all those vital things that are carried out by loved ones back home while we are away.

Please pray that the team would quickly gel, to form a unified whole to be used for the Lords purposes. Help us all to be flexible and willing servants, that God will give us the energy and ability to do all he would have us do.

Please pray for many opportunities to share on a personal level, so that we might expereince the joy of leading others to Christ through plentiful God-ordained “appointments”.

Do also pray for Bill as he leads us.

Please pray for the Region 9 Scripture Focus in the Aberystwyth Branch area on 14 and 15 August. Apart from having a stand at the Missionary Exhibition of the annual Evangelical Movement Conference (which attracts some 1,500 Christians from across the country). Gideons from across the Region and the local Branch will be visiting the National Library of Wales, Bronglais Hospital, many of the local hotels and guest houses, the Fire and Ambulance Stations, Doctors and Dentist surgeries as well as engaging in the distribution of Personal Worker Testaments throughout the town. 

Marlene Ashburner, beloved wife of Peter Ashburner passed to glory having suffered a bleed to the brain. Please pray for Peter at this sad time. Peter would like any Gideons who are able, to attend Marlene's funeral at St John's church Hartford 11:00 Thursday 18th July.
